Layouts pretty good. Try articulating the grid a little more on page 2. You have 4 columns not all the content has to fall into the columns rigidly. You can break across. There is a problem with the text image text flow across the page. Which image realtes to the text. Usually touters will have an image then text next to it. Maybe you need an image for each block of text or try to arrange it differently. What are the images at the bottom. Are they links touters? Should they have text to show that or are they decorative. Every item on the page should have a purpose.
Logo needs work. Reads Qwottawa Lart League. Try working the L twisted shape as a mark possibly separately from the text.
